Claimed and unclaimed profiles
A claimed profile is managed by the provider. An unclaimed profile may contain limited public information and should be treated as a starting point, not a current statement of capacity.
What we check
Care4AU can review information supplied by a provider, including contact details, services and public registration information where applicable. A profile is never a guarantee of quality, safety or availability.
What you should ask
Ask providers about their experience, worker screening, registration, insurance, costs, service agreement and current capacity. Take time to decide whether a service feels right.
Report incorrect information
If you find inaccurate, misleading or unsafe information, use the Report a concern page. We will review the report and may ask for further information.
