What you can report
You can report incorrect business details, duplicate profiles, outdated service information, misleading claims or a concern about how a listing is presented.

What happens after a report
We review the information, may contact the provider for clarification, and may update, label, suspend or remove information where appropriate.
Keep personal details private
Do not post participant names, NDIS numbers, health details or other sensitive information in a public report.
