Your feedback helps Care4AU stay useful, safe and fair. You can contact us about the directory, a listing, inaccurate information, accessibility, privacy, or the way a request has been handled.
When to use this page
Use this process if a provider listing is misleading, contact details are wrong, a provider says they did not receive a request, a page is difficult to use, or you believe Care4AU has not handled an issue properly. If there is immediate danger, call emergency services first.
What to include
Please give the provider name or page link, the date, what happened and what outcome would help. Do not include more personal health or financial information than is needed to explain the issue.
What happens next
We acknowledge concerns, review the available information and may contact the relevant provider for clarification. Where appropriate, we correct or pause inaccurate listings. Care4AU cannot investigate criminal matters, make clinical decisions or resolve every dispute, but we will explain the action we can take.
Provider concerns
Providers can also contact us if they believe a listing, request or report contains incorrect information. We consider both participant safety and procedural fairness.
