Support requests

When you submit a support request, you choose the information you provide. Care4AU may use it to help connect you with relevant providers in line with your stated preferences. Do not use the request form for emergencies or urgent clinical advice.

Provider responsibilities

Providers must keep profiles accurate, respond honestly, manage personal information responsibly and not misrepresent capacity, qualifications, registration or outcomes. Care4AU may change, pause or remove a listing that does not meet these standards.

Our role

Care4AU is not a care provider, government body, clinical service or emergency service. We do not guarantee provider availability, outcomes or suitability.
