NDIS provider comparison checklist
Use this checklist to compare providers before you decide. The goal is not to find a perfect profile; it is to find a provider that understands the person’s needs and can deliver the support reliably.
What to compare
Check services offered, capacity, plan-management compatibility, total fees, travel charges, worker matching, communication, cancellation rules, incident processes and how feedback is handled.
Take your time
You do not need to decide during the first conversation. Ask for information in writing, compare more than one option where possible and choose the arrangement that works for the person receiving support.
